Walker, 81, Central City RD 1, died Jan. 1, 1986, at Somerset Community Hospital. Born Oct. 17, 1904, in Stonycreek Township, he was a son of the late Frank and Della (Cook) Walker. Also preceded in death by a daughter, an infant son, six brothers and two sisters. Survived by his wife, the former Ethel Baughman, whom he married on Jan. 17, 1925, and these children: Mrs. Melvin (Elizabeth) Custer, Berlin RD l; Blair, married to Helen Burkett, Somerset; Telford, married to Ethel St. Clair, Boswell RD 2; Mrs. Howard (Kathleen) Frombaugh, Johnstown; Carl, married to Marjorie Critchfield, Manheim; Mrs. Leo (Carol) Evans, and Mrs. Michael (Patricia) Nazak, both of Pittsburgh; Donald, married to Sally Walker, Carlisle; Mrs. Eleanor Stutzman, Friedens RD 2; Mrs. William (Marie) Mort, Owings, Md.; 36 grandchildren; and 31 great-grandchildren. He was a brother of Mrs. Gladys Onstead, Central City RD 1. He was a retired Stonycreek Township farmer and a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Berlin. Family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Thursday and from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday at the Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday with the Rev. Kenneth S.
