  MRS. CORA B. WALKER
  
    Mrs. Cora B. Walker, 84, Meyersdale RD 2, died Jan. 9. in
  Meyersdale Community Hospital.
    Born June 6, 1882, in Berlin, she was a daughter of Henry and
  Minerva (Hay) Fritz.  She was preceded in death by her husband and
  eight brothers.
    Surviving are two sisters: Mrs. Minnie Walker, Meyersdale RD 2; and
  Mrs. Earl Schrock, Somerset; and a brother, Harry M. Fritz, Garrett.
    A charter member of First Society of Farm Women and Valley Grange,
  she also belonged to Forbes Road Chapter, Daughters of American
  Revolution and Fritz-St. Paul Lutheran Church.  At the time of the
  closing of the Fritz Church, she transferred her membership to St.
  Michael's Lutheran Church in Pine Hill.
    Friends are being received at Johnson and Son Funeral Home, Berlin,
  until 2 p.m. today (Thursday) when service will be conducted there
  with Rev. Andrew P. Kazar officiating.  Interment will be made in
  Fritz Church cemetery.
