WALKER, Donald Eugene

Donald Eugene Walker, 60, Somerset, died Jan. 10, 2008, at Somerset Hospital. 
Born June 28, 1947, in Somerset, a son of Frederick and W. Jean (Thomas) Walker. 
Preceded in death by brother, Robert F. Walker. Survived by parents of Somerset; 
wife, the former Mildred Ann Gindlesperger, to whom he was married 10 years; 
sons, Robert Christopher Walker, married to the former Kimberly Johnston, 
Acosta; Michael Donald Walker, Stoystown; Gary Lee Walker, married to the former 
Teresa Rogers, Acosta; and Jacob Daniel Walker, Boswell; and 10 grandchildren. 
He worked as a truck driver for 42 years lastly for Charles E. Bowers Trucking. 
He also enjoyed antiquing, going to auctions and flea markets and working on his 
trucks. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Hauger- 
Zeigler Funeral Home, Somerset. A service will be conducted 10 a.m. Monday at 
Trinity Lutheran Church, Somerset. The Rev. Linda J. McElroy officiating.
