EDITH WALKER

  Mrs. Edith (Berkley) Walker, aged 65 years, 8 months and 6 days, died at her 
home in Meyersdale R.D. 3, on Tuesday, May 26.  Mrs. Walker, who was born on 
September 20, 1876, was the daughter of Ezra and Sarah (Miller) Berkley.
  Surviving are the deceased's husband, Edward Walker; five sons, Bert S., Orien 
E., Earl M., and Harold E., of Meyersdale and Robert D. of California (Pa.); two 
daughters, Sally E., Cumberland and Mrs. Earl S. Miller, Meyersdale; and seven 
grandchildren.  Two sons, Julian D. and Howard N., preceded her in death.
  Services will be held in the Church of the Brethren at 2:30 o'clock on Friday 
afternoon, May 29.  Rev. DeWitt L. Miller will be in charge.  Interment will be 
made in Union Cemetery, under the direction of W. C. Price & Son, local 
morticians.
