Walker, 94, Scottdale, formerly of Indian Head, died March 19, 2006, in Woodcrest Senior Living Community, Scottdale. She was born Aug. 2, 1911, in Somerset County, a daughter of the late Edward C. and Nettie L. (Hoover) Weimer. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, W. Glenn Walker; brothers, Milton, Howard, George, Albert, Calvin and Lewellen Weimer; and sisters, Clara Barber, Blanche Pritts, Ruby Weimer, Louella Weigle, Hilda Weimer and Ollie Crosby. She is survived by one son, W. Jack Walker, Columbus, Ohio. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. There will be no public viewing or visitation. Family and friends are invited to attend a graveside committal service 11 a.m. Friday in the Normalville Cemetery. The Rev. Dennis Arndt officiating.
