  WALKER 
  
  Erma M. Walker, 76, of Gray, died Feb. 15, 1977 at Somerset Community
  Hospital.  Born Aug. 7, 1900 in South Fork, a daughter of Justus and
  Elizabeth Roth Volk.  Preceded in death by parents; sisters, Gertrude
  and Frieda; brothers, Karl R. and Herbert J.; two infant daughters; a
  grandson; and a granddaughter.  Survived by husband, Harry D. and
  these children: David, married to the former Bertha Cox, Hope, wife
  of August Supanick, and Carroll, wife of Earl Young Jr., all of
  Pittsburgh; Paul, married to the former Virginia Stufft of Millville;
  Allan, married to the former Christina Hamilton of North Versailles
  Township; and Kathleen, wife of Frank Supanick of Gray; 22
  grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.  Was a sister of Mrs.
  Justine Smith of Detroit, Mich.  Mrs. Walker's death ends a marriage
  union of 57 years.  Member of St. Andrew's Lutheran Church, Boswell;
  Trinity Chapter, 138, Order of Eastern Star, Somerset; and Wimadausis
  Rebekah Lodge, 217, Somerset.  Friends received from 7 to 9 p.m.
  Wednesday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Joseph H.
  Hoffman Funeral Home, 227 Allegheny St., Boswell, where service will
  be held at 2 p.m. Friday with the Rev. George A. Clark.  Interment,
  Somerset County Memorial Park.
