  Harry B. Walker, 85, Meyersdale, died Aug. 23, 2004, at Beverly
  Healthcare Meyersdale.  Born Feb. 26, 1919, in Meyersdale.  A son of
  the late George and Emma G. (Wellen) Walker.  Also preceded in death
  by a brother, Ben C. Walker, and a nephew, Ronnie D. Walker.  Survived
  by his dear companion, Luella M. Decker, Meyersdale; brother, William
  R. Walker, Meyersdale; and sister, Ruth Wright, Meyersdale. Harry was
  a veteran of the U.S. Army, where he served in the Asiatic Pacific
  Theater during World War II and was awarded the Purple Heart.  A
  59-year member of the American Legion Post 112 Meyersdale and a life
  member of the Salisbury VFW.  Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 7 to
  9 p.m. Wednesday at the Price Funeral Home Meyersdale, where service
  will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday.  The Rev. Pete Kaltenbaugh
  officiating.  Interment Union Cemetery Meyersdale.  Arrangements by
  William Rowe Price Funeral Home Inc., Meyersdale.

      Harry B. Walker, 85, of Meyersdale, died Tuesday, August 23,
  2004, at Beverly Healthcare, Meyersdale.
      Born February 26, 1919, in Meyersdale, he was a son of the late
  George and Emma G. (Wellen) Walker.
      He was also preceded in death by a brother, Ben C. Walker; and a
  nephew, Ronnie D. Walker.
      He is survived by his dear companion, Luella M. Decker,
  Meyersdale; brother, William R. Walker, Meyersdale; and sister, Ruth
  Wright, Meyersdale.
      Harry was a veteran of the U.S. Army WWII, where he served in the
  Asiatic Pacific Theater and was awarded the Purple Heart.  He was a 59
  year member of American Legion Post 112 Meyersdale and a life member
  of the Salisbury VFW.
      Friends were received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at the
  Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where service will be conducted at 11
  a.m. Thursday (today), with Pastor Pete Kaltenbaugh officiating. 
      Interment, Union Cemetery, Meyersdale.
