WALKER Irvin Bernard (I.B.) Walker, 80, of West Chester, died Dec. 14, 1984, at Chester County Hospital. Born July 31, 1904, in Milford Township, son of the late Irvin J. and Eliza (Fritz) Walker. Preceded in death by his wife, the former Louise Brown; a sister, Lulu Meyers; a nephew, John Brubaker; and a niece, Dorothy Gindlesperger. Survived by his daughter, Miss Patricia Anne Walker of West Chester; one sister, Mrs. Edna Brubaker of Somerset; nieces: Mrs. Wilma Meyers Miller, Somerset; Mrs. Eleanor M. Sipe, Rockwood RD 1; and Mrs. Phyllis Hutchinson and Ms. Carol Lynn Brown, both of Maryland; and a nephew, I. Fred Brubaker, Somerset. Retired in 1969 after 47 years service with General Crushed Stone Company of Glen Mills, Pa. A graduate of the former California State Normal School. Member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Somerset, but attended Stoney Bank Community Church, Glen Mills. Friends will be received 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday at the Wilbur D. Miller Funeral Home where funeral service will be conducted Tuesday at 11 a.m., the Rev. James Meyers officiating. Interment, Grandview Cemetery, Johnstown. Daily American, December 17, 1984 [W0229]
