  WALKER
  
  Jean R. (Halverson) Walker, 70, of 14 Beechnut Dr., West Milton, Ohio
  passed away April 3, 2001, at Covington Care Center.  She is preceded
  in death by her parents Ray and Grace (Reighard) Halverson. Survivors
  include her husband Elwood Walker; sons, Scott Walker, Port Charlotte,
  Fla., and Michael Walker, Auburn, Ga.; grandchildren Amanda Dempsey,
  Gainesville, Fla., Michael Walker II, Auburn, Ga., and sisters, Linda
  Berkey, Somerset, and Joan Grenke, Condway, S.C.  She was formerly a
  volunteer at the Strouder Memorial Hospital in Troy.  Friends from 4
  to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Hale Sarver Funeral Home where funeral
  service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, with the Rev. Ricci Arthur
  officiating.  Graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the
  Somerset County Memorial Park in Somerset, Pa.
