  JOHN M. WALKER
  
    John M. Walker, 87, of Rockwood RD 1, died Feb. 11, 1982, in the
  Somerset Community Hospital.
    He was born June 3, 1894, in Black Township, a son of Joseph and
  Matilda (Hauger) Walker.
    He is survived by his wife Mabel C. (Brocht) Walker; a son, Paul,
  of San Antonio, Texas; a daughter, Mrs. Theodore (Mary Matilda)
  Pletcher of Euclid, Ohio; seven grandchildren; and seven
  great-grandchildren.
    He was preceded in death by five brothers and two sisters.  His
  death terminates a marriage union of 54 years.  He was a member of
  the United Mine Workers of America and the Sanner Lutheran Church.
    Friends were received in the William J. Wood Funeral home where
  services were conducted with the Rev. Marlin Miller officiating. 
  Interment, Hauger Cemetery, Rockwood.
