She was born March 12, 1865, a daughter of the late Augustus and Louisa (Hentz) Hoffman. Her husband, George Walker, died 12 years ago. Mrs. Walker was a member of Holy Trinity Church. During a long illness she was cared for by a daughter, Florence Walker, a teacher in the grade schools of Berlin, with whom she made her home. Her other surviving children are: Herbert G. Walker, Meyersdale; Mrs. Charles Eicher, Altoona; Frank E. Walker, Johnstown and Richard Walker, Poukeepsie, N.Y. She is also survived by a brother, Edward Hoffman and a sister, Mrs. J. S. Spangler, both of Johnstown. Funeral services were held in Johnson and Son Funeral Home Sunday at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Robert S. Nagle officiating. Interment in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Berlin.
