WALKER Morgan Henry Walker, 76, a retired farmer, died at 10:50 o'clock Thursday night at his home on Meyersdale R.D. 2 three miles north of Meyersdale, after an illness of about a week. He was born July 11, 1870, in Summit Twp., a son of Fred F. and Rosie (Weimer) Walker. Surviving are his wife, Cordula (Sipple) Walker; four sons - Frederick M., at home; Nyal, Berlin; Clarence, Meyersdale R.D. 1, and Morgan Jr., at home - and one daughter, Mrs. Joseph Brown, Toledo, O. A brother, Dr. Calvin Walker, lives in San Francisco, Cal. There are six grandchildren. Funeral services were held Sunday at 2:30 p.m. at the Konhaus Funeral Home by Rev. Robert Nagle, the pastor of the Berlin Lutheran Church. Burial was made in the Fritz Church Cemetery. Meyersdale Republican, December 24, 1946
