  Norma Jean (Bowman) Walker, 67, Somerset, formerly of Oakland, Md., went to be
  with her Lord on April 18, 2005. Born May 5, 1937. She is survived by her
  beloved husband of 31 years, Lee S. Walker; children: Richard A. Shaffer and
  wife, Terri; Melissa L. Barron; James R. Shaffer and wife, Gladys; Mark A.
  Shaffer and wife, Carla; Teresa M. Davis and husband, Charles; and David Jason
  Walker; 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Her life passions were her
  family, friends and animals. A private service will be held at a later date.
