Walker, 65, 832 Tayman Ave., Somerset, died Oct. 24, 1985, in Somerset Community Hospital. Born Feb. 24, 1920, in Somerset, son of Roy S. and Estella (Reitz) Walker. Preceded in death by his father; and his wife, Jean C. (Walke) Walker. Survived by mother; two children: Mrs. John (Barbara Jo) Wilmarth, Binghamton, N.Y.; Richard D. ("Ridge"), Hoffman Estates, Ill; two grandchildren: Gregory and Devin. Member of Somerset Church of the Brethren where he served in many capacities. Member of Lodge 358 Free and Accepted Masons. Veteran of World War II. Owner/operator Roy S. Walker and Son Garage in Somerset. Friends will be received Saturday from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Wilbur D. Miller Funeral Home, where services will be conducted Sunday at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Roger Forty officiating. Interment, Memorial Park.
