  WALLACE
  
  Phyllis G. Wallace, 66, of Meyersdale, died July 13, 1988, in
  Meyersdale Community Hospital.  Born Feb. 3, 1922, in Meyersdale, a
  daughter of the late Leonard and Grace (Miller) Ringlet.  Survived by
  her husband, Clarence E.; one daughter, Nancy Higgins, Rockville,
  Md.  A sister of: Mrs. Bernice Nedrow, Meyersdale; Mrs. Betty Patton,
  Pittsburgh; Keith Ringler, Augustine Beach, Fla.; and Bruce Ringlet,
  Clarksburg, Md.; also three grandchildren; a number of nieces and
  nephews and close friend, Betty Brocht.  Friends will be received 2-4
  p.m. and 7-9 p.m. today (Thursday) at the Price Funeral Home in
  Meyersdale, where services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday with
  Pastor Richard Hanley officiating.  Interment, Union Cemetery.
