  JOHN C. WALLS
  
    John C. Walls, 83, of Grantsville RD 1, died Aug. 2, 1975, in
  Meyersdale Community Hospital.
    Born in Elk Lick Township, Aug. 22, 1891, he was a son of the late
  John and Sarah (McCloskey) Walls.  His wife, the former Jennie Mae
  Butler, preceded him in death.
    He was a member of Oak Grove Mennonite Church.  Surviving are four
  sons, Bernard Walls and David Walls, both of Waynesburg, Ohio; Paul
  Walls, Barberton, Ohio; and Oscar Walls, Grantsville; five daughters,
  Mrs. Edna Urich, Los Angeles, Calif.; Mrs. Edith Keck, Akron, Ohio;
  Mrs. Evelyn Holladay, Garrettsville, Ohio; Mrs. Julia Durst,
  Salisbury; and Mrs. Pauline McCauley, Elkins, W. Va.; also 19
  grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
    Funeral service was held Monday afternoon in Oak Grove Cemetery,
  with Rev. Earl A. Yoder officiating.  Interment in Grantsville
  Cemetery, under the direction of Thomas Funeral Home of Salisbury.
