Walsh, 85, of Meyersdale, died Monday, February 21, 2005 at Meyersdale Medical Center. Born November 6, 1919 in Meyersdale, he was a son of the late Henry J. and Sarah B. (Lynch) Walsh. He was also preceded in death by four brothers: Michael, Harry, Martin, and Joseph P. Walsh. He is survived by a number of cousins. Richard was a veteran of the U.S. Army WWII, and was a retired pharmacist. A member of SS. Philip & James Catholic Church, Meyersdale. Funeral Mass was celebrated 11:00 a.m. Saturday at SS. Philip & James Catholic Church, Meyersdale, with the Rev. James M. Dugan celebrant. Committal was at SS. Philip & James Cemetery.
