  "CONNIE" CARMELINA (LUTERI) WALTER
  
  "Connie" Carmelina (Luteri) Walter, 71, after a long and courageous
  battle with cancer, is now at peace in the arms of the Lord and will
  dwell in his house forever.  Connie was predeceased by her parents,
  Peter and Rosina Luteri, brothers, Lawrence, John and Robert; and
  grandson Ian Walter.  She is survived by her devoted husband,
  companion and best friend, Larry Walter, sons and daughters-in-law,
  Robert and Nina Walter, Endicott, N.Y.; David and Teresa Walter,
  Rochester, Minn., Thomas Walter, Apalachin, N.Y., Perry and JoAnn
  Walter, Warren Township, James and Lisa Walter, Warren Center, N.Y.,
  and sister-in-law Julia Luteri, Somerset and an uncle, Rev. Evaristo
  Luteri, Pittsburgh.  Also surviving are grandchildren Marlon, Kathryn,
  Monica, Carmen, Betty, Jasa, Joseph and Karalyn; and many nieces and
  nephews. Connie was very family and faith oriented and she devoted
  her life to instill these values in her family.  She encouraged
  everyone to enjoy the simple, yet invaluable aspects of life.  Funeral
  service will be held Saturday at 9:15 a.m. at the Coleman & Daniels
  Funeral Home Inc., 300 E. Main St., Endicott, N.Y., and 10 a.m. at
  St. Margaret Mary's Church, Pennsylvania Ave., Apalachin, N.Y., where
  a funeral Mass will be offered.  Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery,
  Apalachin, N.Y., at the convenience of the family.  The family will
  receive friends at the funeral home Friday evening from 5 to 8 p.m.
  In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in her memory to the
  charity of one's own choice.
