Walters, 58, New Baltimore, died March 3, 1998, at UPMC Bedford Memorial Hospital. Daughter of the late James U. and Helen (Landeman) Speicher. Born March 30, 1939, at Berlin. Preceded in death by husband, Francis J. Stayrock [sic]. He died Aug. 17, 1997. Employed as a personnel director for RCA in Indianapolis. She was the first woman to hold this position. She was a member of New Baltimore Sportsman's Club. Survived by sisters, Frances J., wife of Jack Stern, Glenburnie, Md., and Charlotte F. wife of Harold Mann, Lanham, Md.; 3 nieces and 3 nephews.
