  MRS. CARRIE L WALTERS
  
    Mrs. Carrie I. Walters, 82, of Gramlich Road, LaVale, died July 23
  in Sacred Heart Hospital, where she had been a patient for the past
  three weeks.
    Born in Meyersdale, she was the daughter of the late George and Ida
  (Smith) Bailey.
    She was a member of the McKinley Chapter No. 12 of the Order of the
  Eastern Star.
    Surviving are a son, Guy B. Walters, Timonium, Maryland; three
  brothers, Roy Ringler, LaVale; Stanford Ringler, Hagerstown; and
  Sherwood R. Ringler, Bluefield, Ohio; and a sister, Miss Margaret
  Ringler, Hagerstown.
    Funeral services were held Sunday, July 25 in charge of Knight
  Funeral Home.
