  WALTERS
  
  Charles E. Walters, 93, formerly of Somerset and Jennerstown, died
  Nov. 4, 1987, at Maple Mountain Manor, Berlin.  Born Feb. 25, 1894,
  in Jenner Township, son of Gillian and Sarah (Griffith) Walters. 
  Preceded in death by parents; sister, Maude Hay; and brother,
  Griffith "Dit."  Survived by sister, Mabel, Berlin.  Member of
  Hopewell United Methodist Church.  Retired auto mechanic.  Friends
  received 4-9 p.m. Thursday and until time of service at 11 a.m.
  Friday at Hoffman Funeral Home, Allegheny Street, Boswell, with the
  Rev. Warren C. Cravotta officiating.  Interment, Jenner Township
  Baptist Cemetery.
