  WALTERS
  
  Elizabeth May "Betty" Walters, 66, of Washington, Pa., died Nov. 3,
  1986.  Born Oct. 7, 1920, in Connellsville, daughter of the late John
  William Smith and Mary Elizabeth (McDonough) Smith.  Survived by
  husband, Walter; and the following children: Mary Jones, Katherine
  Sikora, Constance Klapp and Walter William, all of Washington, Pa.;
  and Patricia Walters of Austin, Texas; one brother, Charles, of
  Berlin; and 10 grandchildren.  Preceded in death by two brothers and
  two sisters.  She was a member of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal
  Church.  Friends were received at the Piatt-Barnhill Funeral Home,
  Washington, Pa., where services will be held Thursday (today) at 9
  a.m.  Interment, St. Joseph's Cemetery, Washington, Pa.
