  WALTERS
  
  Harold P. Walters, 59, of Plank Road, Berlin died May 29, 2002, at
  home.  Born Oct. 1, 1942 in Somerset, son of Martha (Kline) Walters
  of Lavansville, and the late Palmer Walters.  Also survived by his
  wife the former Patricia Mincek and these children: Michelle Walters
  of Somerset, Katrina married to John Lynch of Berlin, Chantelle
  Walters of Charlotte, N.C., and Jeremy Walters of Berlin. 
  Grandchildren: Emilie and Ryan Lynch.  Brother of Mary Alice Bowlby
  of Bakersville, Wanita Hauger of Watertown, Minn., and Steve Walters
  of Somerset.  Served in the U.S. Army.  Owner operator of Allegheny
  Shovel and Drag, Garrett.  No visitation or viewing.  A private
  service will be held at the convenience of the family.  To every
  thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the
  heaven..., Ecclesiastes 3:1.  Memorial contributions may be given to
  the American Heart Association, 400 Luray Ave., Johnstown, Pa.
