  Jerry S. "Sherm" Walters, 52, of Jennerstown, died June 21, 1994, at
  Latrobe Area Hospital as a result of an automobile accident.  Born
  Jan. 2, 1942, in Jenners.  Son of Sherman E. and Maybelle E.
  Walters.  Preceded in death by mother and mother-in-law, Ruth N.
  Perian.  Survived by father, Quecreek, formerly of Jenners; wife,
  Linda L. Perian, and these children: Stephen R. of Jennerstown;
  Carlynne C., at home, and Matthew G. of Jenners; granddaughter,
  Katarina Walters.  Brother of Marian Jean, wife of Gary Hunter,
  Patton, and Mary Jane (Walters) of Somerset.  Member of Greater
  Ferndale Sportsmen's Association, Jenner Rod & Gun Club and
  Carpenters Union Local 1419 of Johnstown.  Observed 31st wedding
  anniversary June 8, 1994.  Employed by LASO Construction Inc. of
  Ligonier for many years.  Friends were received Thursday evening and
  will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Hoffman
  Funeral Home, Allegheny Street, Boswell, where service will be held
  at 11 a.m. Saturday, with Rev. Susanne Palmquist officiating. 
  Interment, Jenner Crossroads Cemetery at the convenience of the
  family.
