Born Aug. 11, 1937, in Millvale, he is the son of the late Charles Walters and Dorothy (Straile) Walters, Tionesta. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Lenora (Greene) Walters; sons, Donald Todd Walters and wife, Cathy, Fort Wayne, Ind.; Timothy Edward Walters and Thomas Blake Walters, both of Indian Lake; and Troy David Walters and wife, Judith, Catskill, N.Y.; 10 grandchildren; four great-grand- children; brother, Charles Walters, Tionesta; and sisters, Nellie Namestka, Sparks, Nev.; and Linda Rankin, Tionesta. He was a longtime member of the Indian Lake Borough Council and the Plum Creek Lodge of the Free and Accepted Masons. Friends will be received from 3 p.m. until the time of service at 7 p.m. Sunday at Miller Funeral Home, Somerset.
