  WALTERS
  
  Lillie B. McDowell-Walters, 94, of Akron, Ohio, formerly of
  Haddenville, Pa., died Aug. 12, 1987, at Brecksville, Ohio.  Born
  Feb. 13, 1893, in Connellsville, daughter of the late William and
  Alice (Kuhns) Miner.  Preceded in death by first husband, Arthur
  McDowell, and second husband, Henry Walters.  Survived by the
  following children: Mrs. Ralph (Dorothy) Fisher, Uniontown; Mrs.
  Gladys Varndell, Jeanette; Mrs. Paul (Mildred) Martin, Kingwood, W.
  Va.; Joseph McDowell, Karthaus, Pa.; Mrs. Lillian Paige Solomon,
  Akron, Ohio; and Mrs. Steward (Izora) Miller, Somerset; 20
  grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; and five
  great-great-grandchildren.  Also predeceased by two children, Martha
  Cook and Leroy McDowell.  Friends will be received in the Haky
  Funeral Home, 139 W. Fayette St., Uniontown, today, 2-5 and 7-9 p.m.
  Funeral service will be held Friday at the funeral home.  Interment,
  will follow at Chalk Hill Lutheran Cemetery.
