ANNIE WAMBAUGH

  Mrs. Annie Wambaugh, aged 84, a native of Shanksville, died recently at her 
home in Altoona, where she lived her last 30 years.  She was preceded to the 
grave by her husband, Sylvester, who died in 1877.  The following children 
survive:  Matthew, of Alliance, Nebraska; William, of St. Petersburg, Florida; 
Donald, of Altoona; Mrs. Kate Griffith of Altoona, and Mrs. Missouri Klippert of 
Warren, Ohio.
  Burial took place in the cemetery in Shanksville last Friday afternoon.
  Mrs. Wambaugh was a sister of the mother of assemblyman Jacob B. Schrock.  She 
was the last of eleven children born to Jacob Weigle of Shanksville.
