  MATILDA A. WARNE
  
    Matilda A. Warne, 87, died April 3, 1980 in Sacred Heart Hospital,
  Cumberland, Md.
    She was born at Avilton, she was a daughter of the late Zackarias
  McKenzie and Margaret (Durst) McKenzie.  Her husband, Charles H.
  Warne, preceded her in death.
    She was a member of St. Ann's Catholic Church, Grantsville.
    She is survived by two sons, Daniel G. Warne and Thomas A. Warne,
  both of Star Route Frostburg, Md.; three daughters, Mrs. Ora Price of
  Hagerstown, Md.; Mrs. Virginia Stark, Star Route, Frostburg; Mrs.
  Regina Rafferty, Grantsville, Md.; eight grandchildren and 11
  great-grandchildren.
    Friends were received at the Newman Funeral Home, Grantsville.
    A service was conducted in the funeral home with the Rev. Aden
  Lucko officiating.  Interment will be in the Mount Zion Cemetery,
  Frostburg.
