Warnick, 91, of Gransville RD 2, Md., died Saturday, April 13, 1985, at Memorial Hospital Cumberland, Md. Born Sept. 1, 1893 at Merrill, Md., she was a daughter of the late David Warnick and Dorcas (Fazenbaker) Warnick. She was a member of the Jennings United Methodist Church. She was a retired teacher in Garrett County elementary schools and was the postmistress at Jennings until that post office was closed in the 1960s. Her husband was the late Olin Warnick. She is survived by two sons, Nevin L. Warnick and Marvin W. Warnick, both of Baltimore, Md.; one brother, Gay Warnick, Detroit, Mich.; three sisters, Mrs. Rose Weimer, Clinton; Mrs. Beulah Weimer, Pocahontas; Mrs. Virgie Warnick, a patient at the Frosburg Village Nursing Home, Md.; one grandson, four greatgrandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter. Friends were received at the Newman Funeral Home, Grantsville, where services were conducted with the Rev. Powell Hall officiating. Interment, Grantsville Cemetery.
