(Kaufman) Warnick, 94, Center Street, Boswell, died Dec. 20, 2003, at Siemon Lakeview Manor Estate, Somerset. Born Sept. 8, 1909, in Boswell, daughter of Isaac T. and Susan A. (Benson) Kaufman. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Homer "Skillets" on Sept. 23, 1993; an infant sister, and brother, sisters, Ruth Silcox and Anna Gaumer, and brothers, Arthur, Dorsey and Robert Kaufman. Survived by daughters, Faye Ann Trainer, Kingstown, R.I. and Karen Ruth married to Robert Trenner, Woodenville, Wash.; grandchildren, Bradley Trainer, Brent Trainer and his wife Lee, and Darin and Ashley Trenner; great-grandchildren, Brent Jr., Coleen and Brandee Trainer. Lifelong member of St. Andrew's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Boswell, where she played piano in the children's department, was church secretary and member of the Knotty Ladies Quilting Group. Also a member of Boswell Post 461 American Legion Auxiliary and was a past Noble Grand of the former Silver Ray Rebekah Lodge, Boswell. Charter member of Boswell Historical Society. She was an avid bridge player for approximately 70 years. A 1930 graduate of Mary Hammond Academy of Beauty and for many years operated her own beauty shop from her home. Memorial service at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Andrew's Church. Pastoral leader, Larry C. Hoover officiating. Interment, Jenner Crossroads Cemetery. Arrangements by Hoffman Funeral Home, Boswell.
