  WATKINS
  
  Mrs. Elsie Watkins, 68, of Somerset RD 5, died April 23 at Berlin. 
  Born Dec. 5, 1905 in Stonycreek Township, a daughter of Wesley and
  Sadie (Platt) Walker.  Preceded in death by two brothers.  Survived
  by eight children: Mrs. John (Erma) Lyons, Lloyd, Harry and Jay, all
  of Somerset RD 5; Lester of Stoystown RD 3; C. Dalton of Youngstown,
  Ohio; Earl of Winchester, Va. and Lynn of Waterford, Pa.  Also 22
  grandchildren.  Sister of Mrs. Grace Trent of Friedens RD 2; Mrs.
  Fern Schrock of Berlin RD 4; Mrs. Evelyn Schrock of Rockwood RD 1;
  Mrs. Verda Stoy of Somerset and Roy Walker of Somerset RD 5.  Friends
  are being received at the Wilbur D. Miller Funeral Home, Somerset
  where services will be conducted 2 p.m. Thursday with the Rev. Herald
  V. Seese officiating.  Interment Mizpah Cemetery.
