  WATKINS
  
  Scott S. Watkins, 20, Stoystown RD 3, died of injuries in an accident
  at Fort Pickett, Va., Nov. 16, 1987.  Born Aug. 26, 1967, in
  Jeannette, Pa., son of Lester and Freda (Kelly) Watkins of Stoystown
  RD 3.  Brother of: David of Somerset RD 6; Jeffrey of Friedens RD l;
  Blaine and Beth, both of Stoystown RD 3; maternal grandparents Conrad
  and Leora Kelly, Somerset RD 5.  Employed at Baker's Lawn Ornaments
  and Foodland store.  Member of Company C 1st. Battalion 103rd Armor,
  28 Division, Somerset.  Friends will be received 7-9 p.m. Thursday,
  2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday at the Wilbur D. Miller Funeral Home. 
  Funeral service will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at the
  Somerset Bible Baptist Church with the Rev. Dale Lyzbicki
  officiating.  Interment, Sipesville Cemetery, where full military
  rites will be conducted.  Viewing of remains one hour prior to
  funeral service.
