Watson Sr., 83, Uniontown, and Steuart, Fla., died May 19, 1978, in the Laurel Rest Home, Uniontown. Preceded in death by his wife, Lottie (Wills) Watson in 1975. Survived by six children: Mary W. Hibbs, Uniontown; Betty W. Ingle, Menasha, Wis.; Barbara W. Strowd, Durham, N.C.; James B. Watson Jr., Olcott, N.Y.; Robert W. Watson, Farmington, Pa.; and Thomas F. Watson, St. Marys, W. Va.; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was the founder of the Watson Lumber Company, Uniontown, and conducted his business from the Uniontown office for over 30 years. Friends will be received in the J. Harry Johnston Funeral Home, Uniontown, Saturday 7-9 p.m. and Sunday from 12-1 and 7-9 p.m. Services will be conducted Monday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. John A.
