Born Nov. 15, 1920, in Belmont County, Ohio, son of Neomi (Thompson) Wayt, Chandler, Ariz., and the late John E. Wayt. Survived by these children: John C., Santa Clara, Calif.; Sgt. Thomas M., U.S. Army, West Germany; Cheryl Westphal, Irvine, Calif.; and Cyndy Walker, Bloomingdale, Ohio; 10 grandchildren; very good friend, Mrs. Agnes Mimna, Somerset RD 5; three sisters: Jacqueline DeMarco, Louisville, Ky.; Rose M. Cassidy, Chandler, Ariz.; and Jo Ann Pinkerton, Xenia, Ohio. Veteran of World War II, U.S. Air Force. Member of Mt. Morria Baptist Church, Wintersville, Donegal American Legion, Somerset VFW 554, Mt. Pleasant Fire Dept., and Heck Sportsmen's Club, Kecksburg. Dragline operator for Purco Coal Company, Monongahela. Friends were received Sunday in Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home, and will be received 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday in Dunlope and Shoric Funeral Home, Wintersville, Ohio, where service will be conducted at l p.m. Wednesday. Interment, Mt.
