  WEAVER
  
  Daniel W. Weaver, Sr., 83, of Stoystown RD l, died Feb. 1, 1983,
  Maple Mountain Manor, Berlin.  Born Oct. 13, 1899, in Jenner
  Township, son of Daniel D. and Lucy (Herring) Weaver.  Preceded in
  death by parents, three brothers and two sisters.  Survived by widow,
  the former Sadie Christner, whom he married June 16, 1923.  Also
  survived by daughter Elaine Brunner, Burley, Idaho; son Daniel W.
  Jr., Stoystown; three grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and one
  great-great-granddaughter.  Brother of Mrs. Emma Airsman of
  Jennerstown.  Retired carpenter, garage owner and school bus
  driver.  Member St. Paul's United Church of Christ, Stoystown, and
  former consistory member.  Charter member of Stoystown Lions Club,
  Silver Beaver Award recipient by Boy Scouts of America.  Family will
  receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m.
  Thursday at the Charles R. Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown, where
  services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday with the Rev. Jeffrey A.
  Welsh officiating.  Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park.
