Weaver, 80, Somerset Avenue, Jerome, died May 16, 2000, at home. Born July 22, 1919, in Davidsville, son of Josiah and Polly (Yoder) Weaver. Preceded in death by parents and four brothers. Survived by wife, the former Shirley M. Todero; and sister, Zona Slick, Bedford; and brother, Alfred Weaver, Boswell. He was a member of St. David's Lutheran Church, Davidsville, a Navy veteran of World War II, a member of Jerome American Legion, Jenner Rod and Gun Club and avid bowler and golfer. Self-employed automotive appraiser. Would have celebrated 30 years of marriage on May 30. No viewing or receiving of friends at funeral home. Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. David's Lutheran Church, Davidsville, with the Rev. Nelson Ilginfritz officiating.
