  WEAVER
  
  Owen G. Weaver, 65, Hollsopple RD 1, died Jan. 18, 1988 at Conemaugh
  Valley Memorial Hospital.  Born Sept. 15, 1922 in Boswell, son of
  William F. and Randa D. (Griffith) Weaver.  Preceded in death by
  parents, his first wife, the former Martha Berkey, two grandchildren
  and a sister, Freda Wagner.  Survived by wife, the former Emily
  (Everett) Landis, and these children: Judy Boncoski, Englewood, Fla.;
  Sandy, wife of Steve Toth, Windber; William, married to the former
  Jean Boyer, Hollsopple RD 2; Terry, married to the former Sandy
  Deist, Boswell RD 3; and stepchildren Sherry Landis, Somerset; Tammy,
  wife of Earl Fencil, Somerset RD 1; and Susan, wife of Joe Thompson,
  Boswell.  Also 13 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. 
  Brother of Mildred, wife of Carl F. Thomas; Hollsopple RD 2.  Was a
  lifelong member of Jenner Township Baptist Church, where he was a
  former trustee; an Army veteran of W.W.II, having served in the
  medical corps; a retired employee of U.S. Steel, with 40 years
  service and a former area school bus driver, with 30 years service. 
  Friends received 7-9 p.m. Wednesday and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday at
  Hoffman Funeral Home, Allegheny Street, Boswell, where service will
  be held at 11 a.m. Friday, with the Rev. Robert Horner officiating. 
  Interment Jenner Township Baptist Cemetery.
