  FRANKLIN A. WEBB
  
    Franklin A. "Lutch" Webb, 55, of Confluence died March 10, 1982, at
  Memorial Hospital, Johnstown.
    He was born April 14, 1926, in Paint Township, son of Lewis and
  Flora (Ross) Webb.  He was preceded in death by parents, three
  sisters and two brothers.
    He was a brother of Mrs. Madie Reed of Friedens RD 2; Mrs. Annie
  Deem, Berlin RD 1; Mrs. Katherine Wyandt, Warren, Ohio; and Lewis of
  Meyersdale.  He was a former coal worker.
    Friends were received in Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown, where
  services were conducted with the Rev. Dale F. Biesecker
  officiating.  Interment, Daley Cemetery.
