  Elsie Beggs-Webreck, 85, Somerset, died Dec. 4, 1987, in the Somerset
  Community Hospital.  Born April 25, 1902, in Latrobe, daughter of the late
  Edward James and Lucy Elizabeth (Miller) Rock.  Preceded in death by first
  husband, Carl D. Beggs, and second husband, Robert D. Webreck.  Also
  preceded in death by one daughter and brothers Eugene and James.  Survived
  by these children: Mrs. Floyd (Romayne) DePhillips, Somerset RD 4; Donald
  E. Beggs, James B. Beggs, Calvin C. Beggs, all of Somerset; stepchildren:
  James and William Webreck, both of Berlin; and Richard Webreck, Berlin RD
  1; 14 grandchildren; 12 step-grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 23
  step-great-grandchildren.  Sister of Mrs. Elvin (Bertha) Hauger, Somerset
  RD 4.  Retired from the Somerset Office Bureau of Employment Security and a
  57-year member of First United Methodist Church.  Friends were received 7-9
  p.m. Sunday and will be received 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday at the
  Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, where services will be held Tuesday at 1:30
  p.m., with the Rev. Arthur J. Gotjen officiating.  Interment, Somerset
  County Memorial Park.  Memorial contributions may be made to First United
  Methodist Church.
