  WECHTENHISER
  
    Steve Wechtenhiser, 81, Boswell RD 2, died Sept. 6, 1979, at
  Somerset Community Hospital.  Born Dec. 5, 1897.  Preceded in death
  by parents and a son Edward, who died in 1940.  Survived by widow,
  the former Minerva B. Stufft.  Charter member of Laurel Mountain
  Grace Brethren Church.  Retired in 1965 from Jones and Laughlin Steel
  Co., Pittsburgh.  Member of United Steel Workers of America, Local
  1843, Pittsburgh.  Celebrated 57th wedding anniversary October
  1978.  Friends received Sunday from noon until 9 p.m. at Joseph H.
  Hoffman Funeral Home, 227 Allengheny St., Boswell, where funeral
  service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday. The Rev. Carl Baker
  officiating.  Interment, Jenner Crossroads Cemetery.
    Family requests flowers be omitted and donations be made to Laurel
  Mountain Grace Brethren Church.
