  WEDGE
  
  John A. Wedge Sr., 75, Meyersdale RD 1, died Nov. 3, 1984, in
  Meyersdale Community Hospital.  Born Sept. 22, 1909, in Summit
  Township, son of late Abraham and Sarah (Flickinger) Wedge.  Preceded
  in death by wife, former Pearl Robeson; and son, John Jr.  Survived by
  two sons and daughter: William, Bedford; Betty Lou, wife of James
  Hoover, Southington, Ohio; and Gary, Meyersdale RD 1; nine
  grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.  Brother of Louther,
  Smithfield, Pa.; Charles, Connellsville; Arthur, Meyersdale; and Mrs.
  Rebecca Miller, Lancaster, N.Y.  Member of Laurel Falls Association
  and Maple Leaf Rod and Gun Club.  Friends are being received in the
  Leckemby Funeral Home, where service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday,
  the Rev. Carl P. Mitchell.  Interment, Union Cemetery.
