JOHN WEGLEY

  Rev. John W. Wegley, 85, retired Church of the Brethren minister, died at 
12:30 a.m., Dec. 11, at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Ada Bowman, in Somerset.  
He had served in the ministry for 45 years.
  His wife, the former Sarah (Enos) Wegley, died two years ago.  Surviving are 
his daughter, mentioned, and three sons - Quinton, Johnstown; Claude, Somerset, 
R.D. 1, and Artey, Somerset R.D. 6.  He also leaves eight grandchildren and a 
half-sister, Mrs. Ella Grubb, Akron, O.
  Funeral services were conducted at 2:30 p.m., last Sunday at the Somerset 
Church of the Brethren by Rev. Galen Blough, pastor.  Interment was in Pleasant 
Hill Cemetery.
