Weigle, 76, 219 Hall Ave., Hubbard, Ohio, died 10:05 p.m. Monday, Aug. 24, 1998, at St. Elizabeth Hospital Medical Center after an extended illness. Born July 15, 1922, in Somerset. He was the son of the late John W. Weigle and Anna Auman. Survived by wife, Mary Ogline, and two daughters, Mrs. Georgia Ann Carr of Hubbard, Ohio, and Mrs. Sally M. Williamson of Macomb Twp., Michigan; sister, Mrs. Nellie Stahl of Somerset; and 3 grandchildren. Deceased are two brothers, Harry and Edmund Weigle, and sister, Mrs. Dorothy Marteeny. He was a foreman, for Pennsylvania Electric Co., Somerset, for 30 years, retiring in 1979. Served as a Marine in World War II. Attended Grace Lutheran Church. A member of Grace Lutheran Church Golf League, American Legion Post 181, Somerset; Jerusalem Lodge 19, F&AM, Hartford, Ohio. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 Thursday at the Stewart-Kyle Funeral Home, where service will be at 10 a.m. Friday. Interment will be at 2 p.m. in Somerset County Memorial Park.
