  JOHN W. WEIGLE
  
    John W. Weigle, 84, North Edgewood Avenue, Somerset, died Dec. 3,
  1982, at his residence.
    He was born Oct. 31, 1898, in Somerset Township, son of late James
  and Carrie (Shaffer) Weigle.
    He was preceded in death by first wife, former Annie Auman; second
  wife, former Elsie Sipple; son, Harry A.; and sister, Mary.
    He is survived by these children: James W., Hubbard, Ohio; Mrs.
  Harold (Dorothy) Marteeny, Berlin; Edmund E., Somerset RD 6; and Mrs.
  Larry (Nellie) Stahl, Somerset; also 12 grandchildren and eight
  great-grandchildren.
    He was a member of Samuel Lutheran Church.
    Friends were received at Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home, Somerset,
  where services were conducted with the Rev. Gregory Pile.  Interment,
  Samuel Cemetery.
