  AMBROSE B. WEIMER
  
    Ambrose B. Weimer, 70, Lonaconing RD 1, Md., died March 20, 1983,
  at the Frostburg Village Nursing Home.
    He was born in Avilton, and was a son of the late Edward Weimer and
  Sarah (Chaney) Weimer.
    He was preceded in death by his widow, Olive (Wilhelm) Weimer, in
  1973.
    He was a retired farmer and member of St. Ann's Catholic Church of
  Avilton.
    He is survived by four sons, James Weimer and John Weimer,
  Lonaconing, Francis Weimer and Harry Weimer, Grantsville, Maryland;
  eight daughters, Mrs. Eleanor Colmer, Barton, Maryland; Mrs. Virginia
  Miller and Mrs. Rita Rafferty, Lonaconing; Mrs. Mary L. Ohler,
  Meyersdale; Mrs. Donna Glotfelty and Mrs. Catherine Broadwater,
  Grantsville; Mrs. Helen Mardis, Rockwood; and Mrs. Joyce Laus, New
  Centerville; three brothers, Stanley Weimer and Alphonsus Weimer,
  Lonaconing and Horace Weimer, Frostburg, Md.; two sisters, Mrs.
  Evelyn Clup, Carter Camp; and Mrs. Charlotte Deitrich, Beallsville;
  47 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
    Friends were received at Newman Funeral Home.  Mass of Christian
  Burial was celebrated in St. Ann's Church, Grantsville, with the Rev.
  Aiden Lucko, OF, as celebrant.  Interment will be to St. Ann's
  Cemetery.
