  WEIMER
  
  David E. Weimer, 50, of Dillsburg, died Jan. 6, 1999 in Harrisburg
  Hospital.  Born March 2, 1948 in Somerset, the son of Maud Stevenus [sic]
  Weimer of Garrett and the late Oscar Weimer.  He was employed as a
  customer service representative for Fox Financial, Mountaintop, Pa. 
  He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War.  He was a member of
  the Shepherdtown United Methodist Church; Mechanicsburg American
  Legion Post #109; and the Carlisle Moose.  In addition to his mother,
  he is survived by his wife, Francine R. Ergler Weimer; a son, Brian
  J., of New Cumberland; and a daughter, Lori B., at home, 3 brothers,
  Paul D., of Garrett; Ken L., of Bangor, Pa. and Richard B. of
  Lexington, S.C.; a sister, Monna L. Pritts, of Rockwood.  Funeral
  Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, in the Shepherdstown United
  Methodist Church with the Rev. Thomas Willard officiating.  Burial
  will be in Tri-County, Memorial Gardens, Fairview Twp.  Viewing will
  be from 6-9 p.m. Sunday Jan. 10, 1999 in the Myers Funeral Home,
  Mechanicsburg; and 10-11 a.m. Monday at his church.  Memorial
  contributions may be made to Gift of Hope Cancer Foundation, P O. Box
  1190, Bear, DE 19701.
