  EMMA J. WEIMER
  
    Emma J. Weimer, 85 of Grantsville RD 2, Md., died Wednesday, June
  3, 1997, in the Goodwill Mennonite Home.
    Born near McHenry, Md., Oct. 13, 1901, she was the daughter of the
  late Frank and Harriet Jane (Bowman) Callis.  Her husband Howard Earl
  Weimer, died in 1953.
    She was employed as a nurse's aide for 16 years in Garrett County
  Memorial Hospital, Oakland, Md.  She was a member of Grace Brethren
  Church, Accident, Md.
    Surviving are two sons, Howard Edison Weimer, Catawba, S.C., and
  Eugene Weimer Stone Creek, Ohio; three daughters Mrs. Louise
  Hutchison, Rock Hill, S.C.; Mrs. Ruth Hetz, Grantsville, Md.; and
  Mrs. Frances Bowser, Grantsville, Md.; two brothers, Benjamin Callis,
  Accident, Md.; and Mason Callise, Mt. Lake Park Md.; three sisters,
  Mrs. Ednea Brant, McHenry, Md.; Mrs. Hannah Green, Crellin and Mrs.
  Mary Headridge, Elk Ride, Md.  22 grandchildren an 42 great -
  grandchildren.
    Friends were received in the Newman Funeral Home, Grantsville, Md.
  where services were conducted Saturday at 2 p.m. by the Rev. Paul
  Mohler.  Interment, Grantsville Cemetery.
