  WEIMER
  
  Melvin R. Weimer, 83, Rockwood RD 1, died Oct. 6, 1988, in Somerset
  Community Hospital.  Born Jan. 29, 1905, in Black Township, son of
  the late Ephriam J. and Grace (Pritts) Weimer.  Survived by wife,
  Edith Sanner Weimer, Rockwood RD 1; two sons, Melvin Jr., Somerset,
  and Jack G., Garrett; four daughters, Mrs. Betty Kirk, LaVale, Md.,
  Mrs. Lois Kline, York, Miss Barbara Weimer, Rockwood RD 1, Mrs. Doris
  Baer, Salisbury; three brothers, Elwell, Sarasota, Fla., E. James
  "Buss", Rockwood, and Harold, Miles City, Montana; three sisters,
  Mrs. Elsie Schrock, Garrett RD 1, Mrs. Arlene Sembower, Rockwood, and
  Mrs. Kathryn Miller, Somerset; 14 grandchildren and nine
  great-grandchildren.  Death terminates a marriage union of 63
  years.  Preceded in death by parents and one son, Charles, in 1952. 
  Friends will be received in the William J. Wood Funeral Home,
  Rockwood, Friday (today) from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where services will be
  conducted Saturday at 1:30 p.m. with Rev. Jay Christner officiating. 
  Interment, Rockwood I.O.O.F. Cemetery.  Arrangements under the
  direction of the William J. Wood Funeral Home, Rockwood, with Francis
  Brady supervising.
