  Shirley Ann Weimer, 74, Salamanca, N.Y., formerly of Berlin, died April 17,
  2005, in Machias, N.Y. Born May 17, 1930, in Glencoe, a daughter of James and
  June (Kroushour) Saylor. Preceded in death by parents; husband, James and
  infant son, James Jr. Survived by sisters, Evelyn Warner, Salamanca, N.Y.; Lois
  Sacco, Cumberland, Md.; Marlene, married to Merle Ullman, Allegany, N.Y. and
  Carolyn, married to Paul Wymer, East Aurora, N.Y.; seven nieces and five
  nephews. She is a graduate of Berlin Brothersvalley High School and had worked
  as a Western Union operator, and later as a nurse's aide at Windber Hospital.
  She resided with her sister in Salamanca since 1978. She was a member of St.
  John's United Methodist Church, Meyersdale. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7
  to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin, where service will be held
  at 11 a.m. Thursday. The Rev. Joseph Onder officiating. Interment Mount Lebanon
  Cemetery, Glencoe. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to The Pines
  of Machias Activities, 9822 Route 16, Machias, NY 14101 or St. John's Methodist
  Church, c/o Howard Murray, 170 Old Deal Road, Meyersdale, PA 15552.
