  Jack M. Weiss, 50, Pittsburgh, died Jan. 9, 1999.  Son of Eva Jean
  Haddad and the late Otto Weiss.  Survived by children, Jason,
  Courtney and Nicholas Weiss.  Brother of Connie Cleevely and Colleen
  Weiss.  Dear friend of Maxine Gergenski.  Graduate of Duquesne
  University and a member of Moose Lodge No. 46 and Elks Lodge No.
  932.  Visitation was held Sunday at Lawrence T. Miller Funeral Home,
  460 Lincoln Ave., Bellevue, Pa., where funeral will be held at 12:30
  p.m., Monday.  Interment in Rockwood Cemetery, Somerset County.
